About the job CSR (Electronics) - CEBU - Up to 24K

We are looking for a CSR for a BPO Company in Cebu City.

This role is an onsite position that follows a shifting schedule.

Salary pays up to 24K depending on experience and interview results.

Minimum Requirement: At least 2 years of BPO experience required.

Requirements:

  • HS/SHS Graduate (Old/New)
  • ALS Passers with certificate
  • 2 years Vocational - Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years BPO Experience
  • 1 year of Chat experience (accumulative)
  • Combined Chat and Sales Experience with more than 1-year BPO experience can be accommodated

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer service calls.
  • Processing inbound sales calls.
  • Taking inbound or placing outbound collections calls.
  • Answering technical support inquiries via incoming calls, chat, or email.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching, and resolving customer issues.
