Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing Management, or any related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years in FMCG industry and preferably with proven Merchandising Specialist experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey programs across all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, trends and techniques.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures TPA's timely deployment of the merchandisers on a per account basis.
- Reports any discrepancies in the billings and other charges not aligned with the manning and allowable charges and vs. collections.
- Validates all TPA administrative reports such as but not limited to: manning, freshness report, Trade Service Level (TSL) report), MCP of the coordinators.
- Execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make recommendations on product placement and different promotional activities.
- Provide training and support to coordinators and merchandisers for company policies, best practices and product knowledge.
