About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Officer to join the growing team. This full-time role is based in Cebu City, Cebu and will be responsible for driving new business development and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive new business opportunities

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing new deals

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients

  • Providing timely and accurate sales reporting to leadership

  • Collaborating with the wider marketing and sales teams to share best practices and continuously improve processes

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the New Business Development industry

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales/marketing software

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
