Your role
As a Machine Learning Engineer at AICines, you'll fine-tune and ship the generative models behind AICines' AI video and image pipeline — real production models, not just notebooks.
Day to day, you'll
Fine-tune and ship generative video/image models into production
Build the infrastructure that makes generation pipelines run at scale
Work on prompt systems and character consistency
Fix real model and pipeline issues as the platform grows
Collaborate directly with founders and senior engineers on production systems
Training, development & rotations
You'll be paired with senior team members from week one and work directly on live problems rather than sandboxed exercises. Because AICines spans streaming, social product, AI generation, and film production, there's genuine scope to explore adjacent areas — model infrastructure, prompt systems, or generation pipeline architecture — based on where your interest develops.
Salary & benefits
Compensation is benchmarked competitively for remote roles and varies by experience level. The role is fully remote with flexible working hours. You'll get hands‑on exposure to production AI systems and a live platform with real users, plus direct access to founders and senior engineers.
Career progression
AICines is scaling, and progression is based on impact rather than tenure. Strong performers move into specialised ML engineering tracks or broader AI leadership roles as the team grows. Interns who perform well are considered for full-time positions.
