Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years as Assistant Director of Events in a large international class hotel.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Amenable to work in Muntinlupa City.
