We are seeking an HR Specialist for Human Development Department (HR Department) at Brgy. Maria Clara, Iloilo City, Iloilo.

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for reviewing and maintaining job descriptions, maintaining or assisting in designing and developing organizational structure, conducting work volume analysis to ensure that reasonable manpower requirement is aligned with the organization's goal and other aspects of organization improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration (major in Management), or a related course
  2. Demonstrated track record of relevant experience in HR or at least 1 year preferably in Organizational Development or a relevant field.
  3. Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • The probationary period is minimum wage/working days
