About the role
This role involves daily project monitoring of multiple onsite projects, creating accomplishment reports and evaluation forms, and conducting onsite inspections and sample casting as needed. You will assess customer needs and recommend tailored technical solutions, deliver demonstrations and presentations, and handle technical inquiries during the sales process. You will prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and tender documents, build long-term relationships with clients, and support sales teams to meet or exceed quotas. You will provide technical training for customer staff and assist with troubleshooting or product trials, while identifying new business opportunities and providing feedback to product development teams on customer needs.
Key responsibilities
Daily project monitoring of multiple onsite projects
Creating accomplishment reports and evaluation forms
Casting of samples onsite whenever needed and required
Conducting inspection onsite
Assessing customer needs and recommending tailored technical solutions, such as machinery, software, or components
Delivering demonstrations, presentations, and handling technical inquiries during the sales process
Preparing technical proposals, cost estimates, and tender documents
Building long-term relationships with clients and supporting sales teams to meet or exceed quotas
Providing technical training for customer staff and assisting with troubleshooting or product trials
Identifying new business opportunities and providing feedback to product development teams on customer needs
About you
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (With License)
At least 2-3 years of experience in General Construction Industry
Proficient in AUTOCADD
Knowledgeable in Cost Estimation of Materials
COSH Training is an advantage
Familiar in Autocadd, Canva and other designs needed
