Position Summary:
The Head Groomer will be responsible for managing grooming service collaborations with partner providers. This role is expected to streamline operations and expand grooming service capacity across branches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full-service pet grooming to breed standards and customer preferences
• Supervise daily grooming operations ensuring quality and safety
• Advise pet owners on grooming and coat care
• Train and guide grooming assistants
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and grooming area
• Handle customer concerns professionally
Qualifications:
• High school graduate; grooming certification a plus
• 2–3 years grooming experience, preferably in retail
• Skilled in breed-specific grooming and safe handling
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Physically fit; willing to work weekends/holidays
