Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Head at LEC Steel Manufacturing Corporation in Quezon City. The QA/QC Head will be responsible for overseeing quality control, quality assurance, quality management, and utilizing analytical and quality testing skills to ensure product excellence and compliance with standards on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related field
  • At least five (5) years progressive experience in QA/QC roles, implementing quality processes and standards, in the steel fabrication or construction industry, preferably with steel door products
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management principles, processes, and standards such as Lean Six Sigma, ISO, UL or equivalent
  • Knowledge of inspection and testing tools/methods (e.g., calipers, micrometers, weld inspection - NDT/DT)
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications
  • Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
  • Analytical and Root Cause Analysis Skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work well with others while maintaining strict compliance with standards.
