The Engagement Centre Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) Associate Director will lead our Philippines Call Centre program and establish our organisation. Will be responsible for the execution, management, and development of REMS teams to operate assigned program.

The Engagement Centre REMS Associate Director is accountable for day-to-day managerial oversight of engagement centre personnel, all assigned programs from conception to close out, overseeing implementation, operations, staffing relationships, issue resolution, escalation response and mitigation, and identifying opportunities and solutions to enhance program performance and identifying new capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact and Engagement Centre subject matter expert for client project, in collaboration with line management, Full-Service REMS Team, and Engagement Centre Leadership.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Centre Leadership and develop, maintain, and grow business relationships.
  • Identify opportunities, mitigate risk and drive growth for the REMS Program.
  • Recommend positive solutions toward increasing productivity and improved operational efficiency.
  • Effectively manage multiple client projects and flexibility to manage complex and/or evolving teams.
  • Integrate with Engagement Centre Leadership and collaborate across multi-functional teams to ensure collaborative approach to support EC success.
  • Develop and oversee all REMS processes and procedures for the Engagement Centre.
  • Collaborate and support the core REMS functional groups including but not limited to, Account Management, REMS Technology, Audits, Knowledge Attitude Behaviour (KAB) Surveys, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare preferred.
  • Experience in Engagement Centre/Contact Centre or Project Management leadership.
  • Knowledge and experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Engagement Centre/Contact Centre capabilities knowledge.
  • Ability to motivate team and affiliated colleagues.
  • Demonstrate accountability and self-awareness.
  • Project a positive and inclusive attitude.
  • Proven leadership skills with conflict management and problem-solving skills.
