The Qualifications We Seek

Experience & Education

• Diploma in User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or a related field
• Equivalent combination of relevant qualifications, technical certifications, and demonstrated UI/UX design and front-end development experience

UI/UX Design Capabilities

• Strong knowledge of User Experience (UX) Design
• Strong knowledge of User Interface (UI) Design
• Experience with user research
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping
• Experience with usability testing
• Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG standards
• Understanding of responsive design principles

Your Daily Tasks

User Experience (UX) Design

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies.
• Develop user personas, customer journeys, and user flows.
• Identify user pain points and recommend improvements to the user experience.
• Validate designs through user testing and feedback.

User Interface (UI) Design

• Design modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and interactive designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital products.

Front-End Development

• Develop responsive interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, where applicable.
• Convert UI designs into functional, production-ready interfaces.
• Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.

Prototyping & User Testing

• Build interactive prototypes with tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Conduct usability tests and analyze results.
• Refine designs based on user feedback and analytics.
