Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  2. Prepare financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  3. Conduct variance analysis to identify and investigate discrepancies in financial performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Prepare regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  2. Analyze financial trends and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Prepare presentations to communicate financial information to management.
  4. Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  2. Monitor budget performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Project Support:

  1. Provide financial support for special projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, new product launches, and capital expenditures.

Data Management:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in company systems.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools.
  6. Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Oracle Hyperion, SAP) preferred.
  7. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred.
  8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
