Tech Firefly is teaming up with an American multinational tech company that specializes in Internet services and products. This is a great opportunity for motivated candidates to use their QA automation skills for one of the biggest companies in the world.Your role as a QA Automation Engineer is to write scripts and create automation environments for repeated tests. Using different automation tools, you will design, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions. Your goal is to automate as much of the testing effort as possible with a minimum code set.Hiring ImmediatelyExperience: 3 to 5 years onlySkills Required:Technical Skills – Programming skills in Java and JavaScript.Suggest and implement framework enhancements to support scripting needs.Analytical skills – Examine bug reports, prioritize tests, and streamline application functions via automation.Attention to detail – Test web and mobile applications thoroughly to identify issues and suggest improvements.Communication skills – Effectively collaborate with engineering teams, create testing plans, and document errors.Tools:Automation testing: SeleniumAPI testing: REST Assured, Rest Sharp, JMeter, etc.Continuous Integration: Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHubDefect tracking: JIRAResponsibilities:Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.Maximize test coverage for critical system features.Prioritize test scenarios and create execution plans.Document test plans, cases, and procedures.Log bugs and track issues in the system.Set up and maintain Continuous Integration pipelines.In addition to automation, Test Automation Engineers may perform exploratory testing to better understand functionality from a customer perspective.Qualified Certification:At least 2-3 years of automation experience required.Experience in e-commerce preferred.Experience with offshore/nearshore/onshore models is a plus.Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.Benefits include:Experience working with top IT companies and exposure to American work culture.Paid holidays, rice allowance, clothing allowance, medical assistance, laundry, and other benefits like HMO.Location: Tech Firefly Philippine Representative Office, Taguig City, BGC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
