Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer will provide overall support to the Marketing Manager to design, develop, strategize and implement all marketing initiatives of SM Supermalls online and offline across various media platforms based on comprehensive marketing research and thorough understanding of the mall's customer base. This position strategizes and implement creative and innovative content that uplifts the brand image and ensures the brands relevance across all target markets that translates in foot traffic, malls sales, and customer engagement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

  1. STRATEGIC DIRECTION - analyze trends, metrics, and content performance to determine the overall direction of each media platform for specific target markets to ensure relevance and visibility that will translate to foot traffic in the malls and sales.
  2. DIGITAL MARKETING IMPLEMENTATION - design and develop creative and innovative online content across SM Supermalls social media platforms and project briefs for on-ground initiatives that will encourage customers to engage with and be advocates of the brand; coordinate with mall-based marketing teams for seasonal campaigns and special events; oversee coordination with tenants and sponsors
  3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT - oversee and monitor all ongoing and accomplished projects; ensure that timetables are followed and completed efficiently, and that the project objectives are met

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • With at least 3 years of experience in all areas of Marketing, Communication, Public Relations
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or any related course
  • Required skills: high level of interpersonal skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, above average communication skills

WORK LOCATION

  • Candidates must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
