You can judge the appropriate level of detail for the purpose, produce strong imagery efficiently and know when the image is good enough to communicate the design clearly. You will ideally have: Demonstrated professional experience in 3D rendering and visualisation. Strong SketchUp capability. Experience with Enscape or comparable real-time rendering software. A strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, scale and visual presentation. Experience using AI tools to improve or accelerate visualisation workflows would be highly advantageous. The ability to work from an existing model and design direction rather than needing to originate every design. Good attention to detail and the ability to follow established design standards. Strong file management and organisational skills. Good written and spoken English. The ability to work independently within agreed priorities and deadlines. A willingness to learn new tools and adapt as rendering technology develops.
