Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze market trends, and prepare reports to support company and personal growth.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies and reports using primary and secondary methods, including field work, mystery shopping, interviews, and credible websites.
  • Manage and regularly update databases.
  • Analyze patterns and trends in the market using quantitative and qualitative approaches.
  • Assist in preparing reports such as macroeconomic analysis, market study, and other related reports.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in market research, consultancy, or real estate development.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, GIS, and AutoCAD is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret data.
  • Well-informed of the latest news and current events.
