Our Designers play a key role in the Manila Creative Studio. You will be helping us to deliver the kind of hard-working and innovative creative work that keeps our stakeholders happy and, most importantly, engages with its audience. While that means working closely with our team, it also means working closely with other teams throughout the business, from taking briefs and developing ideas to progressing concepts and creating the finished work.

What you will be doing:
  • Concept creation and creation of assets for various campaigns
  • Work alongside Senior Designers, collaborate on the overarching look and feel and suggesting appropriate imagery/assets
  • Work closely with Design Managers to ensure that creative concepts are suitable for rollout and are compliant based on known regulations
  • Initiate new and innovative creative styles
  • Upon completion of a concept/project, initiate communication across the wider team, presenting work and allowing senior members of the design team to provide feedback and add value
  • Develop existing styles and layouts to ensure the brand is continuously evolving
  • Create templates and artboards for use across the wider design team
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and skills related to design tools and software
Who we are looking for:
  • Ability to execute a design and create assets based on an existing concept or idea
  • An impressive portfolio that demonstrates your design talent
  • Proven track record of delivering unique and successful creative concepts
  • Previous experience working within an internal creative team or agency setting
  • A comprehensive understanding of Adobe suite is essential (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, KD, After Effects)
  • An understanding of 3D design (Blender, Cinema4D) is desirable
  • A working knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable
  • A good understanding of producing creative for online channels (Print knowledge also an advantage)
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team player
  • Able to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
