DETAILED JOB SUMMARY/NUMBER OF VACANCIES

Treasury Supervisor - 1 Position

1. Oversee Treasury's transactions to ensure seamless daily operation and implementation of in-placed internal controls and BIR regulations.
2. Ensure all the expected payables are funded based on management's cash requirement capability with constant payment follow-ups of expected weekly inflows.
3. Establish a good relationship with LFC, LADC & LEAD's existing banks.
4. Manage healthy relationships with the company's third-party suppliers, contractors, service providers and internal customers.
5. Ensure correct implementation of the payments' documentary requirements.
6. Manage risks on Dollar Trading transactions for LFC, LADC, LEAD & LDPC companies.
7. Provide Treasury's requirements to other sections/departments.
8. Preparation & presentation of LFC, LADC & LEAD's Weekly Consolidated Cash Flow (Actual & Forecast).
9. Oversee completeness & on-time booking of done transactions.
10. Preparation of Treasury's Finance Update report.
11. Lead all Treasury's projects.

Asset Accounting Supervisor - 1 Position

This job is responsible for the efficient and effective review of Project Tracker Management System (PTMS) supporting documents, monitoring accurate costs of each Capex project, monitoring the progress of construction projects, clean-up of all property, plant, and equipment accounts, performing periodic depreciation run in SAP, preparing Fixed Asset schedules, assisting external auditors during year-end audit, and performing duties as assigned.

Accounting Supervisor - 1 Position

This job is responsible for the efficient and effective performance of bookkeeping functions, particularly on the prompt submission of accurate Financial Statements, compliance with government's regulatory reports, and performing duties as assigned.

Supervisor - Special Projects - 1 Position

This job is responsible for supervising Special Projects & Other Financials:

1. Preparation of Consolidated Cash Flow;
2. Preparation of Consolidated Daily Cash Position;
3. Bi-weekly Reporting of RB;
4. RB Weekly BE;
5. Special analysis/reports requested by CEO/CFO.

Tax Supervisor - 1 Position

This job is responsible for the efficient and effective performance of Tax Section functions, particularly on the accuracy and prompt filing of BIR mandatory returns, compliance with government's regulatory reports, and filing of VAT refund claims with the least BIR disallowances. Perform duties as assigned by immediate superior and CFO.

Supervisor - Asset Accounting - 1 Position

This job is responsible for the efficient and effective review of all asset accounting transactions, particularly the requests lodged by different proponents to the Project Tracker Management System (PTMS), Electronic Purchase Requisition (ePR), Electronic Materials Issuance Requisition Slip (eMRIS), and Manpower Portal, ensuring that the projects requested are approved by management and within the CAPEX budget. Review periodic depreciation run, asset lapsing preparation, and asset accounting reports for finance updates. Prepare periodic Asset Accounting updates for Finance & Accounting updates to the chairman. Review the annual CAPEX and depreciation budget and assist external auditors during year-end audit engagement.

AP Supervisor - 1 Position

This job is responsible for processing, checking, and posting accounts payable in accordance with company guidelines.

Cashier Supervisor - 1 Position

1. Ensure complete & accurate payment documentation requirements through online banking facilities & manual execution;
2. Ensure on-time transmittal of the complete & accurate package of documentation compliant with BIR requirements of all paid transactions to the Tax Documentation Team;
3. On-time sending check payment availability to Payees/Representatives through email/text message;
4. Ensure on-time releasing of available check payments & sending proof of payments done through other online banking facilities;
5. Updating documents with discrepancy monitoring under LFC, LADC & LEAD companies;
6. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
