By joining us as an Engineer I, Technical Support Quote to Book, you will be providing technical sales and application support to Emerson Process Management—Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) in generating quotations and managing orders for ANZ operating units. You will demonstrate your technical skills in providing excellent customer service to Emerson as a member of the Manila Australia New Zealand Alliance Team (MANZAT) organization.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  1. Handle the proposal/quotation management for Measurement Solutions.
  2. Manage orders by screening, entering and booking.
  3. Communicate with internal and external customers and support internal ANZ sales engineers via emails, chats and calls.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any Engineering-related courses.
  2. At least 1.5 years of experience in proposal generation or Measurement Solutions (MSOL) products: Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, Analytical.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of process controls, technology, and instrumentation products.
  4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Basic knowledge of Emerson products (MSOL: Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, Analytical).
  6. Basic understanding of the sales and quotation process or quote-to-cash process.
