About the role
ADDESSA CORPORATION, a leading appliance and consumer electronics retailer is seeking to hire a Credit Investigator/Collector for our Cauayan City, Isabela branch
Key responsibilities
- Conduct credit investigations for all installment loan applicants.
- Collect monthly installment payments from ADDESSA customers within assigned area coverage.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and prepare collection reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and collection schedules
- Monitor and track collection activities to ensure targets are met
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in cash collection or similar financial operations roles
- Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
- Physical ability to travel to multiple locations within area of coverage for collection purposes
- Ability to drive motorcycle and a valid driver's license is a must
- Senior high school diploma or equivalent qualification
