Product Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Sales Manager that will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing relationships with key clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering business growth. As a key player in the IT distribution field, this role requires exceptional communication and decision-making skills, and a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing sales team.
Manage and grow the overall business of assigned product/s.
Work closely with the vendors, principals and SVP of Sales to communicate team's objectives and ensure optimal product success and positioning.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure effective product marketing and distribution.
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress.
Stay updated on the latest trends in the IT industry and distribution channels to offer innovative solutions to clients.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maintain high morale and productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving set sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
With experience selling Cybersecurity/Network Security.
