Position Overview

The ideal candidate should have a flexible and agile mindset as he/she will be confronted with a lot of topics within Payreto. He / she needs to have innate curiosity and display ability and passion to learn complex ideas. As Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in implementing marketing initiatives and enhancing our company's brand to the market. You will coordinate all marketing campaigns and contribute to its overall success.

In this regard, he / she should be extremely engaged in learning about the business of Payreto on a deeper level and be OBSESSED WITH LEARNING IN GENERAL.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Content Marketing

• Create, assist, and maintain marketing content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO and consistent with the company's brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and data analytics.
• Manage all Sales related presentations and content.
• Assist in creating visual concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements (online / print).

Digital Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Assist in managing the company's social media accounts (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.), engaging with the audience, and maintaining a content calendar.
• Assist in optimizing website content, landing pages, and user experience.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts.

Event Marketing

• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Handle event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
• Work with the marketing project coordinator to ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and delivered on time.
• Work with the Sales team in finding and scheduling meetings with leads during the event.

Branding and Design

• Collaborate with the graphic design personnel to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other visual assets.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing collateral and channels.
• Assist in developing brand awareness campaigns to enhance the company's brand reputation.

Sales Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials, such as product sheets and presentations.
• Assist in the development of sales campaigns and promotions to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data and provide insights to guide marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry news and emerging trends to recommend innovative marketing approaches.
• Conduct competitor analysis.

Additional Duties

• Work with external vendors (Payreto contractors) in making sure that all marketing initiatives are working properly.
• Assist in other ad-hoc topics and projects in business development.
• Perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.
• Recommend and proactively implement opportunities for increased departmental efficiency.
• Extend work hours when needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field.
• Content Writing and Marketing, Market Research and Strategy, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing (SEO, Lead Generation), and/or B2B Marketing.
• 1-3 years experience in Marketing (Content Marketing, Content Writing, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing (SEO, Lead Generation) and/or B2B Marketing, Market Research).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Can understand the complexity of the financial services industry.
• Enjoy juggling multiple projects at once.
