About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely administration support through a well-developed knowledge of our products and services. Key to the success of this role is providing accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders and Members through the provision of administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quote personal protections for Members.
  2. Generate certificate of currencies for Members.
  3. Adjust Member protections and endorsements.
  4. Process cancellations.
  5. Process stop-credits/exceptions reports.
  6. Process protection acceptances for new business and renewals.
  7. Email quotes and schedules of protections.
  8. Data entry of new business quotes.
  9. Calculate outstanding contributions for the claims team.
  10. Provide contribution breakdowns to Members.
Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  1. At least 3 years' experience in General insurance
  2. At least 1 year AU General Insurance experience
  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  4. Excellent typing skills (Typing test needed)
  5. Experience in Quotation, Invoicing, New Business Sign Up, Endorsement, Cancellation, and Renewal of policies
  6. Experience with Insurance systems desirable
