Job Description
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for maintaining the company's hardware and software solutions through providing support, maintenance, implementation, and troubleshooting of the hardware and software applications of the support group offices, company owned and franchised stores.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Hardware, Computer Software or related courses.
- Must possess at least two (2) years of experience in Information Technology Department.
- Proficient in using project plan applications.
- Experience with ERP systems, POS systems, or business applications is an advantage
- Familiar with server management, database systems, and basic cybersecurity practices
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple IT concerns simultaneously.
