Job Description

The Integrated Client Lead drives client success and business growth in the Philippines market. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships while leveraging your expertise in media planning, buying, and martech/adtech solutions to deliver exceptional value.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients at senior and executive levels
  • Serve as the strategic advisor on media planning, buying, and technology integration
  • Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of agreed-upon KPIs and business outcomes
  • Lead client review meetings and present campaign performance insights
  • Develop comprehensive media strategies that integrate traditional and digital channels
  • Oversee media planning and buying activities, ensuring optimal budget allocation
  • Leverage data insights to refine targeting and improve campaign performance
  • Stay current on media landscape trends in the Philippines market

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts
  • Collaborate with sales teams on new business pitches for media and data projects
  • Develop compelling proposals that showcase our integrated capabilities
  • Contribute to revenue growth targets through upselling and cross-selling

Technology & Innovation

  • Apply deep understanding of adtech and martech ecosystems to client solutions
  • Recommend appropriate technology platforms based on client objectives
  • Bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client business needs
  • Advocate for data-driven approaches and technology integration
  • Guide cross-functional teams including media planners, buyers, and data analysts
  • Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Foster collaboration between agency departments to deliver holistic solutions
  • Maintain efficient workflows and ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables

Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of experience in media, marketing, or related fields, with significant time spent in agency environments
  • Extensive expertise in media planning and buying across traditional and digital channels
  • Strong understanding of adtech and martech ecosystems and their practical applications
  • Proven track record managing major client relationships at senior levels
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing accounts
  • Experience developing and executing integrated media campaigns in the Philippines market
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to various stakeholders
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail
