- Create, schedule and manage Klaviyo email campaigns.
- Build, maintain and improve automated flows and customer segments.
- Support customer retention and repeat-purchase initiatives.
- Review campaign performance and use the results to recommend improvements.
- Develop email content that reflects a polished and natural British tone of voice.
- Plan, create, schedule and publish social media content across relevant platforms.
About you
- At least 2 years of relevant hands-on digital or e-commerce marketing experience. Candidates with less experience may still be considered if they can demonstrate strong practical Shopify and Klaviyo capability.
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience, including campaigns, flows, segmentation, automation and reporting.
- Hands-on Shopify experience, including managing products, collections, pages and promotional content.
- Experience supporting e-commerce campaigns and product launches across multiple channels.

- Excellent written English and the ability to write polished, natural customer-facing content.
- Experience writing email newsletters, social captions, website copy or blog content.
- Understanding of customer journeys, conversion, engagement, retention and repeat-purchase marketing.
