Gastronova Hospitality Group is seeking a customer-focused and skilled Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages while providing excellent customer service. The role is responsible for maintaining product quality, cleanliness, and efficient daily café operations in accordance with company and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Maintain product quality and consistency.
Operate POS and handle customer transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper hygiene standards.
Monitor supplies and assist with inventory management.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Assist the team in maintaining efficient daily operations.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a Hospitality, Culinary, or related course is an advantage.
Previous experience as a Barista or in Food and Beverage is preferred.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
Professional, reliable, and customer oriented.
