About the RoleThe Assistant Operations Manager acknowledges and agrees that the Company has the continued exclusive right to his/her services. As the one supervising the daily operations and managing the meter readers in the Company's water division, the Assistant Operations Manager is continuously required to perform duties and undertake the responsibilities in a professional and diligent manner.
Responsibilities- Review of e-mails from clients, and sending replies, if needed;
- Monitoring and maintenance of client's read and bill equipment;
- Review of daily schedules of meter readers as set by the Leadmen;
- Review of quarterly examinations prepared by the Leadmen for the meter readers;
- Review of weekly audit reports submitted by the Leadmen;
- Monitoring of meter readers' daily job performance;
- Handling of clients' requests, such as, but not limited to, Project Suyod and Invalid Field Findings;
- Monitoring and review of clients' billing details;
- Review of payroll and allowances of meter readers;
