- Responding to inbound and making outbound calls to customers.
- Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.
About You:
- At least 3-6 months BPO experience and must be at least a Senior High School graduate.
- Open for no BPO experience, but must be a 4-year Course College graduate.
- Has excellent listening and comprehension skills.
- Possesses very good communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, and on weekends and holidays.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel.
- Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements is an advantage.
