SkinSo is looking for an Admin / Aesthetician who can provide excellent customer service while helping with the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, energetic, and comfortable talking to clients. If you enjoy working with people and have an interest in beauty and skincare, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
• Handle client inquiries, appointments, and basic administrative tasks
• Assist with front desk and daily clinic operations
• Provide basic skincare and aesthetic services based on training and clinic protocols
• Explain treatments, procedures, and aftercare instructions to clients
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules
• Assist in promoting skincare treatments and clinic services
• Build good relationships with clients and provide a positive customer experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Experience as an Aesthetician, Beauty Therapist, Clinic Receptionist, or Admin Assistant is an advantage
• Background in skincare, beauty, wellness, or aesthetics is a plus
• Jolly, energetic, friendly, and approachable personality
• Comfortable talking and interacting with different types of clients
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and undergo training
• Can work well in a team and in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
