Warehouse Assistant

1. Stock Releasing: Performs picking, packing, and releasing of stocks. Ensures accuracy of released stocks versus processed orders indicated in the invoice.
2. Branch and Warehouse Maintenance: Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of the branch and warehouse. Assists in organizing products in the warehouse following FIFO or FEFO standards to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse. Monitors proper warehouse ventilation and ensures required temperature and humidity levels are maintained. Implements security guidelines in the warehouse and store area, secures the key to restrict unauthorized persons, and ensures proper storage and stacking of stocks.
3. Maintains branch cleanliness or orderliness.
4. Checking and Receiving of Deliveries: Assists in receiving and verifying delivered stocks against the delivery Stock Transfer Report (STR). Inspects received stocks for damage or breakage. Ensures accurate documentation and efficient filing of received documents.
5. Inventory Management: Assists in performing Daily Cycle Count of stocks. Prepares the warehouse for incoming deliveries by ensuring adequate space. Analyzes inventory levels with the Warehouse Custodian to determine additional stock requests based on sales demand and confirmed bulk orders. Organizes stocks in the supermarket according to the approved planogram, including booster or promotional displays. Prepares, packages, releases, and delivers outgoing deliveries to dealers.
6. Customer Service: Maintains friendly, respectful, and professional behavior towards dealers. Assists dealers with bulk orders in bringing out stocks to their mode of transport.
7. Other Tasks: Performs other branch operations tasks and/or activities as needed. Performs relieving functions related to branch operations as required.
