Senior Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries through various platforms (non-voice).
- Ability to assist customers in a non-robotic manner and provide a direct and straightforward solution.
- Acting as a front line to our company in guiding customers to our products, processes, terms, and conditions.
- Upselling to customers on our ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to identify case cruciality and efficiently escalate to the rightful department.
- Intercommunication with other relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Providing good customer service relationships with new and existing customers to ensure brand image is preserved.
- Strictly adhering to all company SOPs while performing duties.
The Customer Service Specialist will be working on shifts of 40 hours/week in total, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts on public holidays.
