Job Responsibilities:
  1. Conducts regular meetings with the sales team.
  2. Reviews and submits Sales Targets to the Business Manager.
  3. Generates and submits the monthly sales calendar to the Business Manager.
  4. Cascades the approved monthly sales calendar to the Sales Team for implementation.
  5. Regularly reviews the sales prospects monitoring system and requires immediate action if necessary.
  6. Ensures that all transactions with banks and financing institutions are in accordance with the set standards of the company.
  7. Prepares and explains sales proposals to the clients.
  8. Writes proposals for new business and participates in planning and presentation sessions when assigned.
  9. Assists in conducting one-on-one coaching/mentoring to sales executives.

Job Specifications:

  1. Graduate of any four-year course.
  2. At least 5 years of work experience in Sales/Marketing.
  3. Excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to present information and address business concerns of the management team and customers.
  5. Possesses at least a valid non-professional driver's license.
  6. Willing to be assigned in Subic Zambales.
