Job Description:

Government Remittances:
  1. Accurately calculate, prepare, and submit statutory remittances such as taxes, pension contributions, social security, health insurance, and other mandatory deductions.
  2. Ensure timely filing and payments to government agencies in compliance with local labor laws and financial regulations.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and statutory contributions.
Payroll Ad hoc:
  1. Process one-time or non-regular payroll items including bonuses, retroactive adjustments, off-cycle payments, final pay, and manual checks.
  2. Support special projects related to payroll.
Requirements:
  1. At least 6 months of experience doing payroll, government remittances experience.
  2. Proficiency in using MS Excel.
  3. Background in BPO / Call Center is a plus
  4. Good verbal and written English skills.
  5. Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong (1 Day onsite in Makati).
  6. Amenable working night shift.
