Program Overview
The Ready Now Program is designed to discover, develop, and empower the next generation of engineering professionals through structured experiential learning in the poultry industry. The program provides a strong foundation through lectures, hands on exposure in farm or plant operations, and mentorship from industry experts.
By combining technical learning with real operational experience, the program prepares future engineers who are ready to lead, grow, and contribute to the advancement of the poultry industry.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro Mechanical Technology, Electronics Technology, Industrial Technology, Energy and Systems Management or related courses
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Willing to be assigned in farm or plant operations
- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro, Tagoloan, or Bukidnon
- Strong interest in manufacturing, agriculture, or poultry industry
- Eager to learn, adapt, and undergo training and development programs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
