Vista Immigration Consultancy is currently looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will help in planning, organizing and hosting webinar/live sessions as well as carry out essential marketing and customer service duties. To excel in this role, you must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy. The main goal is to facilitate effective webinar/live sessions on a daily basis according to the organization's standards.

Vista Immigration Consultancy is a preferred immigration consulting firm and education agent based in Christchurch, New Zealand that provides comprehensive immigration advice services to businesses and individuals. Our team is driven by our desire to help our clients achieve their New Zealand dream by making the enrolment and visa application process as easy as possible.

Core tasks of the role:

  • Maximize the company's total revenue potential by continuously building on our brand awareness, regularly conducting webinars/live sessions, and developing online marketing strategies for aspiring migrants and international students.

Key strengths required:

  • Self-Starter and Quick Learner: Ability to solve problems and execute tasks with minimal guidance and support.
  • Edutainer: Skill in directing and creating engaging and entertaining video content. Comfortable hosting webinars and live sessions with Q&A. Provides easy-to-understand presentations and instructions to the audience.
  • Copywriting: Expertise in writing content (in English and Tagalog) that generates quality leads.
  • Sense of Aesthetics: Demonstrated ability to choose/create designs in line with company branding.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation activities.

The day-to-day responsibilities for this role include:

  • Plan, organize, and direct regular marketing events including webinars and in-person presentations (may require domestic or international travel).
  • Join relevant groups and creatively engage with the community by promoting our services and programmes.
  • Develop high-quality blog content, articles, and other digital assets to engage target audiences and drive traffic to our social media platforms and website.
  • Manage our social media platforms and website with the aim of streamlining sales processes, generating quality leads, and increasing the website's traffic and SEO ranking.
  • Create visually appealing graphics to support content and social media campaigns.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns for aspiring international students and immigrants with support from our Education Head and Sales Specialist.
  • Obtain client reviews, testimonials, and post-service feedback.
  • Respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Perform reasonable ad hoc tasks which may or may not be relevant to Marketing.

Our requirements for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in planning, organizing, and hosting conferences, events, and webinars.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Immigration and International Studies industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Result-oriented and has the initiative to observe and execute what needs to be done.
  • Competent or highly trainable in using and updating websites using Wix.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and social media.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
  • Active social media accounts and a portfolio demonstrating successful SEO and marketing campaigns is preferred.
  • High proficiency in oral and written English and Filipino.
