Line Manager: Credit and Collections CPM
Application Duration: March 25, 2025 - April 26, 2025
Job DescriptionJTI is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage all Accounts Receivable (AR) processing activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies. This role focuses on delivering stable and reliable core services that meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, including ticket resolution, issue collaboration, SAP testing, J-SOX controls, and process improvement. The contract duration is 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- AR Processing: Handle MyRequest templates in SAP, process AR transactions (receipts, clearings, invoices, credit notes, bad debt write-offs), and complete month-end closing tasks on time.
- Compliance & Controls: Follow company policies and J-SOX controls to ensure all processes meet audit and compliance standards.
- Reporting & Process Improvement: Prepare accurate reports and find ways to improve processes based on performance metrics.
- Team & Project Support: Work with the Team Lead, support AR Specialists, and assist in company projects and initiatives.
- Entity & Customer Support: Help resolve queries, provide expert advice, and ensure smooth communication with business partners.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of Accounts Receivable or related business experience with a company of a similar size.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
- SAP/SAP HANA experience is required.
- Proficient in written and oral English.
Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to identify process improvements.
Effective Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Ownership & Adaptability: Works well under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and continuously seeks learning opportunities.
