Technical Training Supervisor

1. Design and formulation of training programs and materials.
2. Collaborate with section heads and department heads, within or outside Engineering Department, in developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different group of expertise.
3. Develop learning materials such as training manuals, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials.
4. Develop innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to technical training programs.
5. Maintain a keen understanding of technical training trends, developments, and best practices.
6. Provide technical resources by providing a resource center for lessons learned, best practices, and references for planning.
7. Conduct assessments and evaluations of target trainees.
8. Design technical training programs accredited by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) for CPD units.
9. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
