Regional Recruitment Officer at Shopping Center Management

Responsible for delivering services to customers as part of the finance management team. His/Her function is to act as liaison and guarantee good communication between branch operations, leasing, and tenants, as well as finance HO. He/She's the primary point of contact and secondary support when there are additional questions that need explaining post-Manage Engine to ensure that all concerns are addressed.

Client Services:
  • Tenant accounts reconciliation inquiries in addition to ME
  • Assistance on FS/ budget inquiries
  • Witness to the monthly petty cash and treasury accountability forms
  • Witness to the monthly Snacktime inventory count
  • Spot audit/ inspection of tenants/exhibits in the branch
  • Liaison between Finance HO and Branch Operations
  • Monthly audit of billed electricity to tenants
Requirements:
  • Graduate of BS Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • At least four (4) years of work experience in general accounting
  • Excellent understanding of accounting/auditing.
  • Good understanding of accounting systems and processes.
  • Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
  • Good organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Willing to work in SM City Rosario, Cavite
