The Transport POD/Billing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to

POD and Billing of the transportation department, ensuring timely reporting and processing of

documents given the standard agreed timelines. This role involves managing a team of associates,

monitoring customer and third party trucking compliance to process and completeness of

documents related to POD and Billing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Supervise and coordinate the activities of transportation staff.


• Coordinate the schedule shifting of the staff to ensure efficient transport operations.


• Implement and enforce standard procedures, ensuring compliance with all aligned

standard processes.


• Strive to enhance customer satisfaction through reliable and timely closure of issues

related to collection, POD and Billing.


• Conduct regular weekly meeting to discuss team performance and other concerns.


• Monitor performance and opportunities for improvement specific to POD and Billing process.


• Generate reports on transportation metrics and KPI for POD and Billing performance.


• Update weekly dashboard for Weekly Mancom discussion.


• Communicate urgent POD and Billing concerns to Subcon.


• Report critical concerns to Immediate Superior for timely closure.


• Work closely with the warehouse, transport operations, and customer service teams

to ensure seamless operations.


• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training and

development programs.


• Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to support overall business

objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or any

related field.


• Proven experience in transportation supervision or logistics operations with POD/Billing.


• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.


• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
