We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data related to marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends to support data-driven decision-making. Your insights will help optimize performance, improve conversion rates, and drive return on investment (ROI) across all marketing channels. You will play a key role in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) performance tracking, and marketing strategy refinement.
Responsibilities- Marketing Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of digital and offline marketing campaigns across various platforms. Track and measure KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), ROI, CTR, and engagement metrics.
- Customer & Behavioral Insights: Study customer journeys, preferences, and behaviors to inform personalization strategies and improve user experience. Segment audiences to support targeted marketing efforts and better customer engagement.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct market trend analysis and benchmark against industry competitors using tools like SEMrush. Identify emerging opportunities and threats to inform strategic planning.
- Data Reporting & Visualization: Build clear and insightful dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce—present key findings and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Campaign Tracking & Optimization: Monitor marketing initiatives on platforms such as Hootsuite (social media), Mailchimp (email), and CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. Support A/B testing strategies and suggest real-time adjustments for CRO and PPC performance improvements.
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, Salesforce Reports.
- Email Marketing & CRM: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce.
- SEO & Market Research: SEMrush, Google Search Console.
- Social Media & Campaign Management: Hootsuite, HubSpot.
- Excel/Google Sheets: for data modeling and advanced reporting
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or digital marketing role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working across large and complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights through compelling reports and visualizations.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Experience with SQL or Google BigQuery
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely)
- Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot is a plus
