Ethos is seeking experienced process improvement managers to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will leverage your background in capacity planning, forecasting, and process mapping to refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows.
The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 per week, or more if desired). Start date is ASAP, compensation is $70/hour, and prior SOP or process-improvement experience is highly valued.
