This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new dealers, maintaining and enhancing relationships with the existing network of dealers of Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc (PCDSI). The primary objectives are to expand the dealer network, ensure dealer satisfaction, foster loyalty among dealers, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Dealer Recruitment: Implements effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels and executes recruitment-related Intentional Activities (IAs) according to schedule and guidelines.
  • Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect; provides personalized support and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Dealer Onboarding and Training: Facilitates onboarding for new dealers and provides product training and direct selling techniques; collaborates with internal teams to deliver onboarding materials and resources.
  • New Dealer Engagement: Serves as the primary contact between potential/new dealers and PCDSI; addresses questions and guides smooth transitions to the Dreams Fulfillment Officer – Heart-to-Heart.
  • New Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Analyzes data to identify opportunities for growth and works with dealers to capitalize on them.
  • Coaching and Training: Coaches dealers on dealer group management and progression; provides training on product features, sales techniques, and marketing strategies; conducts regular sessions and workshops.
  • Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitors dealer performance metrics and provides guidance to optimize revenue and overcome challenges.
  • Sales Target Achievement, Analysis, and Reporting: Drives and monitors branch sales through dealer recruitment events; tracks KPIs and prepares regular recruitment progress reports.
  • Other duties include generating branch sales through effective relationship management and supporting dealer income growth and progression.
Qualifications
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar environment.
  • Driven by a strong sense of mission and purpose.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, build rapport, trust, and influence others.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships across generations and diverse personalities.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility with assignment schedules and geographic locations; capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in computer skills with foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
