Position Overview:

The Project Supervisor (In-store Activations) will oversee and coordinate the successful execution of various projects within the organization. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement projects: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables: Work closely with stakeholders to clearly define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Define tasks and required resources: Break down project requirements into actionable tasks and identify the necessary resources needed for successful completion.
  • Collect and manage project team: Assemble and manage a project team, ensuring each member understands their roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage budget: Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and expenses are within budgetary constraints.
  • Allocate project resources: Assign tasks and resources to team members based on project requirements and individual capabilities.
  • Create a schedule and project timeline: Establish project timelines and milestones to track progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Track deliverables: Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and address any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Support and direct team: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead quality assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress: Regularly review project status, identify potential risks or obstacles, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Present progress reports: Prepare and present progress reports to AVP/President and COO, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Implement and manage change: Identify and manage changes to project scope, schedule, or resources as needed to ensure project success.
  • Evaluate project results: Assess the outcomes of completed projects, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management or supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Office and Google Suite)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
