We're Hiring: Aerodrome Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor

To be Assigned in: Lio, Airport (El Nido, Palawan)

Do you have what it takes to keep airport operations running smoothly? We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Aerodrome Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to manage critical infrastructure and ensure the airport and terminal's efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for airport and terminals
  • Oversee inspection and upkeep of generators, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and more
  • Monitor and report utilities consumption and carbon emissions
  • Ensure cleanliness of terminal grounds and coordinate housekeeping
  • Manage procurement requests, project schedules, and team assignments
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and sustainability standards
  • Support emergency response, BCP drills, and risk mitigation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineer (or PRC Certified Plant Mechanic)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in airport/terminal/equipment maintenance
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting aptitude
  • Familiar with safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability regulations
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate with solid reporting and documentation capabilities
