Job Description- Req#: 4897
Essential Duties
- To provide expert customer service and claims/RMA support to external customers.
- Process claims within Canon CCI policy and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and proper investigation needed in every claim document received.
- Timely resolution and verification on each type of claims.
- Establish coordination with different stakeholders involved in processing claims/returns.
- Respond and resolve all email requests received from customers within the required Service Level Agreement in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain working relationships with our internal and external customers to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers.
- Other projects as assigned by Manager – CCI Support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an accounts receivable/banking environment.
- Excellent systems and process knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- High level of accuracy and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage but not required.
- Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a wider team.
- Ability to work within New Zealand holiday schedules.
- Willingness to work on New Zealand time zone (3AM - 12PM or 4AM - 1PM).
- Amenable to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig.
