About the role
The Sr. Finance Manager ensures timely recording, tracking, analyzing, and reporting of all financial information to Management. Ensures management receives these reports regularly to develop strategic business plans and make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manages and oversees the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting Department.
  2. Creates efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data.
  3. Conducts financial audits for the purpose of verifying the accuracy and reliability of the financial data through the examination of financial transactions.
  4. Undertakes the financial analysis of the Business' monthly performance. Updates Operations and Department Heads regularly on performance, highlighting opportunities and potential risks.
  5. Assists the business in analyzing variance from stated strategies at business and segment levels.
  6. Enhances the financial controls environment through improvement of existing infrastructure and capabilities.
  7. Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.

What we're looking for

  1. Financial Management or related course.
  2. Must have at least five years (5) managerial work experience from retail companies and related industries.
  3. Technology savvy, must be proficient in using financial software.
  4. Above-average oral and written communication skills.
  5. Numerate, must be analytical and possess good problem-solving skills.
  6. Can think logically and pay keen attention to details.
  7. Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
