Housekeeping Volunteer

• Access to a company car, fuel card, and full uniform from day one.
• We require a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points and minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Gutter cleaning involves working at heights and may require appropriate safety measures.
• Work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• As Head Housekeeper, you will be at the centre of our operations, ensuring that cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across properties.
• The role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in healthcare settings such as homes and assisted living facilities as applicable.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain the property to a very high standard of cleanliness.
• They must also be responsible for their own actions and decisions, and take ownership of their work.
• Shift - 15 hours a week, 3 hours a day Mon - Friday (as applicable).
• A valid driving licence is vital for travel between job sites.
• Apart from a vehicle, cleaning chemicals and equipment will be provided and mileage will be paid for driving between properties.
• Litter picking in customer car parks and perimeter on a daily basis.
• The role requires excellent communication skills and exceptional time management with flexibility to work unsociable hours as needed.

• Sales experience is a plus, but not essential—we provide full training.
• You have excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with potential customers.
• You're a self-starter, motivated, proactive, and great at managing your time.
• Familiarity with the window cleaning industry is a bonus, but we'll teach you everything you need to know

An example of a day in the life of a Field Sales Executive at Your Local:

• 9:00 AM: Meet your buddy (if you choose to work as a pair) or head out solo in a company car to your assigned area.
• 10:00 AM: Start knocking on doors, introducing potential customers to Your Local's services, and guiding them through the sign-up process.
• 12:30 PM: Take a break for lunch—either with your buddy or on your own.
• 1:00 PM: Back on the road to connect with more potential customers and showcase the value of our window cleaning services.
• 4:30 PM: Wrap up the day by checking in with your Regional Director and completing any callbacks from the day.
• 6:00 PM: Finish the day knowing you've earned toward your OTE while enjoying flexibility and a supportive environment.
