Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to read and understand blueprints and other specifications and able to work in a team setting producing standard products with the information communicated as a set of instructions
  • Assemble components according to blueprints and/or written and verbal instructions including hydraulic assembly and hydraulic schematics
  • Proficient use of hand tools, while achieving an acceptable level of quality
  • Must be willing to be cross trained to fulfill duties as needed in other areas to meet customer requirements
  • May be required to participate in team projects related to safety, efficiency, quality, or other areas as deemed necessary
  • Provide proper housekeeping, care of equipment and safe operating procedures
  • Perform other duties and complete other assignments as may be requested or assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, painting, metal fabrication, hydraulic assembly, and hydraulic schematics
  • Experience in the manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrate good judgment, dependability and satisfactory work quality and quantity
  • Must be able to be part of an effective team through personal interaction based on trust, respect and communication, problem solving individually, as well as team efforts
  • Must be able to bend, twist, reach, grasp with fingers, stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds
