Job Description:

  1. Familiarity with logistics, product dispatch, and warehousing operations.
  2. Knowledge of ERP System and Microsoft Office.
  3. Basic knowledge of how to operate the truck scale.
  4. Knowledge of truck scale calibration and the calibration plan.
  5. Assist in checking all components of the weigh scale system to ensure they are all in working order.
  6. Maintain a controlled environment to ensure proper operation of the computerized scale system.
  7. Inspect paperwork and loads for inbound and outbound trucks; enter all the information into the system.
  8. Maintain an organized and smooth flow of incoming and outgoing trucks.
  9. Recommend enhancements to existing internal controls, improvements, and development of systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Logistics/Transportation.
  2. Hands-on experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehouse is required.
  3. At least 1 year of work experience is preferred.
  4. Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
  5. Must be trustworthy and very detail-oriented.
  6. Applicants must be willing to work in Bulacan (with free board and lodging provided).
